Lawmakers voted last year to allow guns in bars and restaurants, but the Republican-controlled legislature might not be done with bills that loosen restrictions on carrying guns in Ohio.
Rep. Ron Maag, R-Lebanon, is expected this week to add two gun bills to the mix, and both are drawing opposition from law enforcement. One would allow people to bring a gun to the Statehouse parking garage, and the other no longer would require people to tell law officers during a traffic stop that they are carrying a gun.
